Installation

[Run the installer, or copy the .vst3 to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3. Rescan plugins in your DAW.]

Activation

Open the licence panel, paste your licence key, give this computer a name such as "Studio PC" (it's shown in your licence emails so you can tell computers apart, so avoid personal names) and click Activate. For a computer without internet access, use offline activation (see Support).
